Meet Niesha

I am Niesha—Certified Doula, Spiritual Practitioner, and Certified Energy Healer. My work is guided by spirit and grounded in ancestral wisdom, offering care that holds both the body and the soul. Through birth support, energy healing, and sacred remedies, I guide my clients through life’s transitions with compassion, intention, and reverence. This is not just my work—it is my calling.

My journey into this work began early. At 13, I laid hands on a friend and spoke words of guidance, not yet realizing the gift moving through me. Over the years, I carried that same spirit of service—as a soldier, a social worker, and always the caretaker among friends. Life brought its own thresholds: healing from PTSD after the Army, navigating postpartum depression, and later, caring for a parent with dementia. Each season deepened my connection to the unseen and led me to explore healing paths beyond medication—modalities that restored me and affirmed what I had always known: I am guided, protected, and called to serve. This work is not something I simply chose; it is how Spirit shaped me to show up in the world. It is my honor to now walk alongside others, offering the same care, strength, and compassion that was poured into me."
