Meet Niesha

I am Niesha—Certified Doula, Spiritual Practitioner, and Master Level Certified Energy Healer. My work is guided by spirit and grounded in ancestral wisdom, offering care that holds both the body and the soul. Through birth support, energy healing, and sacred remedies, I guide clients through life’s transitions with compassion, intention, and reverence. This is not just my work—it is my calling.

My path into this work began early. At 13, I laid hands on a friend and spoke words of guidance, not yet realizing what was moving through me. That same spirit of service stayed with me—as a soldier, a social worker, and the one others naturally turned to for care.

Life brought its own thresholds: healing from PTSD after the Army, navigating postpartum depression, and later caring for a parent with dementia. Each season deepened my connection to the unseen and led me to explore healing beyond medication—modalities that restored me and affirmed what I had always known: I am guided, protected, and called to serve.

This work is not something I simply chose—it is how I was shaped to show up in the world. It is my honor to walk alongside others, offering grounded care, steady presence, and the same compassion that once carried me.
